Nearly One Million For High Speed Internet

The Municipality of Port Hope in partnership with the communities of Northumberland County have received nearly 1 million dollars to provide access to high speed internet to rural areas of Northumberland County.  Municipality of Port Hope Economic Development Officer Judy Selvig has been fielding numerous inquires from businesses wanting to move into the area but on the stimulation of having access to high speed internet.
